We provide creative, promotional, branding, publishing, and literary support services primarily for Black authors, readers, influencers, and literary professionals.
2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & SERVICES
All digital products and services sold through our brands are non-tangible and delivered electronically unless otherwise stated.
Services may include but are not limited to:
Graphic Design
Premade Book Covers
Custom Book Covers
Promotional Graphics
PR Boxes
Branding Services
Podcast Features
Website Promotions
Author Spotlights
Marketing Campaigns
Event Promotion
Merchandising
Publishing Support
3. PAYMENTS
Full or partial payment may be required before work begins.
Accepted payment methods may include:
Cash App
PayPal
Square
Chime
Website Checkout
Other approved payment processors
For projects over $100 USD, payment plans or deposits may be offered at our discretion.
Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable and secure your booking, project slot, or design time.
Failure to complete payment may result in paused work, cancellation, or withholding of final files/products.
4. NO REFUNDS POLICY
Due to the digital and customized nature of our work:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not offer refunds on:
Digital products
Premade covers
Custom designs
Marketing services
Author spotlights
Podcast bookings
Branding services
Website promotions
Downloadable content
Exceptions may only be made in cases where Black Lit House, LLC fails to deliver agreed-upon services.
5. PREMADE BOOK COVERS
Premade covers are sold as-is unless otherwise stated.
Once purchased:
The cover is removed from public sale.
Ownership transfers to the buyer after final payment.
Minor text edits may be included.
Major design changes may require additional fees.
Copyright & Usage
Street Graphix ATL retains promotional rights to display purchased designs in portfolios, social media, advertisements, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Authors are responsible for securing copyrights for their books and written content.
6. CUSTOM DESIGN SERVICES
By purchasing custom services, you agree to:
Provide accurate project details
Communicate professionally
Respond within a reasonable timeframe
Excessive revisions, project changes, or delayed communication may extend turnaround times.
Turnaround Times
Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on workload, holidays, emergencies, or project complexity.
Rush services may require additional fees.
7. AI-ASSISTED CREATIVE WORK
Some designs, visuals, mockups, or concept elements may involve AI-assisted creative workflows combined with manual editing, typography, compositing, and professional graphic enhancement.
Final works are curated, modified, and refined by Black Lit House, LLC and/or Street Graphix ATL.
Clients acknowledge and accept this creative process when purchasing services.
8. PODCASTS, INTERVIEWS & EVENTS
Guests booked for interviews, podcasts, or live events agree to:
Attend scheduled sessions on time
Communicate cancellations in advance
Conduct themselves respectfully
Black Lit House reserves the right to reschedule, refuse, remove, or cancel appearances due to inappropriate behavior, harassment, hate speech, threats, or repeated no-shows.
Recorded content may be used for:
Marketing
Social media clips
Website content
Promotional materials
9. USER CONTENT
Users submitting photos, manuscripts, logos, graphics, or promotional materials confirm they own or have permission to use the content provided.
Black Lit House, LLC is not liable for copyright infringement caused by client-submitted materials.
10. PROHIBITED USES
You agree not to use our services, website, or products to:
Promote hate speech
Harass others
Commit fraud
Violate copyrights
Sell illegal products/services
Upload malicious software
Impersonate others
We reserve the right to refuse service at any time.
11. WEBSITE CONTENT
All logos, graphics, branding, text, layouts, and creative materials on this website are protected intellectual property of Black Lit House, LLC unless otherwise credited.
Content may not be copied, resold, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Clients are responsible for proofreading all final files before printing or publishing.
